Jillian Ann Talley (born 19 December 1962) is a voice actor. She is married to Tom Kenny. She is the voice of Karen Plankton from Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants and Rita Loud from The Loud House.
She voiced I.Q. Ickly and P.T. Barnstorm in Wacky Races (2017).
