Jim Cummings (born 3 November 1952) is an American voice actor. He is perhaps best known for voicing Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.
He voiced Dick Dastardly in Wacky Races Forever.
He also voiced Dick Dastardly, The Slag Brothers, Big Gruesome, Private Meekly, and Clyde in the video game Wacky Races Starring Dastardly and Muttley.
